I have been baking!
with my newly bought oven..hohoho..small and lousy oven. boo~

My first chocolate chips muffins..super dark!

Comments: Usage of wrong flour.

After many tries...ta-da! Looks good right???

I got sick of muffins, so i tried cookies - Peanut butter cookies

Turn out nice.........

But when u turn to the back....LOL! Chao da!

I baked like 5 to 6 batches of 16 cookies, in the end 2 turned out normal. -.-!

Then..i tried cup cakes - dark chocolate cupcakes!

Se-ri-ous-ly DARK!

Comments: Too sweet.

Bread Pudding!

Top with chocolate chips ice cream. Perfect!

Comments: Too soft.

New Year's day i baked cookies and brought it to my aunt's place

They said its nice leh! But lou feng! HAHA

Alright...Portuguese egg tarts..I seriously dunno how to bake this..juz trying out the internet recipes.

My darl said filling is nice..but crust too thick!

Comments: Crust too dry and its not the right texture.

My whole baking experience was....chui but fun! haha..i've found a new hobby! Baking!

Practice and practice..one day i'm gonna bake the right pastry!
